Raised in Sydney, Hannah Scott-Stevenson studied fine arts at The Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne. Here she developed an appreciation for storytelling and traditional photographic techniques which she uses to inform her commercial work today.
Hannah’s years assisting some of the industries top photographers in New York and London gave her the confidence and technical proficiency to work with ease both in studio and on location.
Her relaxed and playful approach brings a sense of intimacy and confidence to her images, depicting her subjects with warmth and honesty.
A genuine enthusiasm towards image-making and a collaborative approach has seen Hannah booked on shoots across Australia, New York and Europe. She has been a contributor to magazines including Vogue Australia, Vogue Russia, RM Williams, Boody, Harpers Bazaar, Elle, i-D Aus/NZ, and Russh. Her advertising clients include H&M, Topshop, Nike, David Jones, The Strand Arcade and Seafolly Australia, among others.
Hannah Scott-Stevenson is currently based between Paris and Sydney.
